Where we offer booking
Kal Elliott books patients in Washington, in person in Seattle and by telehealth, and accepts insurance and cash pay on Pacific Time. Sukhpreet (Bree) Kaur books cash-pay telehealth in Washington and Indiana, Friday through Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. There are no in-person visits in Indiana. Therapy with Liz McCully, LICSW, is not open for online booking yet.
Regular and extended hours
Appointments booked during extended hours—including weekday early morning and evening slots and all Saturday and Sunday visits—include a 25% surcharge. Regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) are billed at standard rates.
