What are your office hours?
Regular
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Appointments booked during extended hours—including weekday early morning and evening slots and all Saturday and Sunday visits—include a 25% surcharge.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We are open Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (extended hours; a 25% surcharge applies). Weekday regular hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with extended weekday slots 7:00–8:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM.
Do extended hours cost extra?
Appointments booked during extended hours—including weekday early morning and evening slots and all Saturday and Sunday visits—include a 25% surcharge. Regular hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM are billed at standard rates. You can book extended weekday slots and weekend visits online; the 25% surcharge applies when you choose those times. What are Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership prices?
Four Direct Primary Care tiers: Community $99/mo, Foundation $145/mo, Optimal $225/mo, and Signature $325/mo. Compare plans on the homepage membership section.
What cash pricing options do you offer?
Cash pricing for primary care is listed on Book Appointment, including in-person visits ($250 new/established; sports physical $50) and telehealth options (from $50–$175 depending on visit type).
Is there a fee for no-shows or late cancellations?
A $100 fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations.
Do you offer payment plans?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I finance telehealth visits in Seattle?
