Kailyn Elliott, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC | Founder & Family Nurse Practitioner

Kailyn (Kal) holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Miami, along with a Master of Project and Operations Management, a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner), and a Master of Business Administration. With more than 13 years of nursing experience across trauma centers, psychiatric settings, medical-surgical units, and community health organizations, he manages acute, chronic, and complex conditions and builds individualized care plans grounded in evidence-based practice. He is a committed advocate for equitable access to care, emphasizing policy awareness, community outreach, and culturally responsive practice.

Elemar De Souza Cruz | Communications Manager

Elemar (El) is a senior digital strategist with over 20 years of international experience in cross-cultural brand strategy, content localization, and social media governance for global enterprises. A dual UK–Brazil citizen fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she has partnered with industry leaders across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, SaaS, EdTech, and fintech — including AstraZeneca, Sanofi, and Discovery Education. She specializes in bridging creative engagement with strict regulatory environments, developing social media SOPs, medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) alignment, privacy frameworks, and pharmacovigilance reporting. Using tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch, she protects brand integrity across the UK, EMEA, USA, and LATAM markets. Elemar holds a degree in Social Communications with postgraduate certifications from Columbia University and Kingston University, and leads teams and global vendors to deliver authentic, localized digital experiences.

Kathleen Esgra | Executive Assistant

Kathleen (Kay) is an executive assistant and operations analyst with over 10 years of experience supporting C-level leaders in fast-paced environments. She spent three years as Executive Assistant to a Co-CEO before transitioning into an operations analyst role, where she tracked pipeline data, generated investor and performance reports, and streamlined workflows to improve turnaround times. Her background spans healthcare, real estate, and aviation, with strengths in calendar and inbox management, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Known for anticipating needs, maintaining discretion, and delivering under pressure, Kathleen holds a BS in Psychology and works fluently across English and Filipino.

Joao Victor Ishida Correa | Software Developer

Joao is a Brazilian full-stack software developer and Computer Science graduate from Simon Fraser University, drawn to technology that makes a real difference. His work spans AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern web development, where he’s built scalable products and intelligent systems. He loves solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and creating tools that genuinely improve people’s lives. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the soccer pitch, out hiking, watching movies and shows, or exploring new tech through personal projects.

Tisha Bear | Registered Nurse

Tisha works as a Registered Nurse since 2006 with a background in Intensive Care and now serves as a house supervisor. She began her journey in aesthetics in 2016, specializing in Microblading Brows. She is a mother of two and a grandmother of two.
