Kailyn Elliott is an innovative healthcare leader with extensive expertise across clinical practice, operations, and systems-level transformation. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Miami, as well as a Master of Project and Operations Management, a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner), and a Master of Business Administration.

With more than 13 years of nursing experience, Kailyn has delivered comprehensive care in trauma centers, psychiatric settings, medical-surgical units, and community health organizations. His clinical background includes managing acute, chronic, and complex conditions, caring for underserved populations, conducting comprehensive health assessments, educating patients on chronic disease management, and developing individualized care plans. He has also served as a lead research assistant and consistently integrates evidence-based practice into patient care.

A committed advocate for equitable access to healthcare, Kailyn emphasizes policy awareness, community outreach, and culturally responsive care. Driven by a dedication to improving healthcare delivery, he champions scalable innovations, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and solutions that elevate patient safety, quality outcomes, and community well-being.

She spent three years as Executive Assistant to a Co-CEO before transitioning into an operations analyst role, where she tracked pipeline data, generated investor and performance reports, and streamlined workflows to improve turnaround times. Her background spans healthcare, real estate, and aviation, with strengths in calendar and inbox management, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Known for anticipating needs, maintaining discretion, and delivering under pressure, Kathleen holds a BS in Psychology and works fluently across English and Filipino.
