He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Miami, as well as a Master of Project and Operations Management, a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner), and a Master of Business Administration.
With more than 13 years of nursing experience, Kailyn has delivered comprehensive care in trauma centers, psychiatric settings, medical-surgical units, and community health organizations. His clinical background includes managing acute, chronic, and complex conditions, caring for underserved populations, conducting comprehensive health assessments, educating patients on chronic disease management, and developing individualized care plans. He has also served as a lead research assistant and consistently integrates evidence-based practice into patient care.
